I don't entirely understand how this year is passing so quickly, but it's time for the monthly 1SE video again already. We're on holiday now until 10th August.

We were not as surprised by the length as we were by the transformation in her appearance. It was quite dramatic. She wore it to school like that and it caused quite a stir amongst her friends!

I can see how that would cause an entire change of perception for people who aren't used to seeing Humuhumu with straight hair.

She did like it, but she wasn't keen to do it again. She loves her wild mane of curls.

There we are, then. And I'm glad she's in a space where she can like curly hair and there isn't intense social pressure to have it always straightened.
