I don't entirely understand how this year is passing so quickly, but it's time for the monthly 1SE video again already. We're on holiday now until 10th August.

Re: Not to mention the tiny yellow car


The yellow minibus is fascinating. It's an autonomous vehicle with a top speed of 12 km / hr, and it pootles around the RAL campus all day getting people verrrrry slowly around the buildings. It is a cautious bus and it slams on the brakes at the slightest hint of danger, so riding on it is apparently quite a lurchy business. :D

You got so many cool action shots in this one! I loved getting to see all of your outdoor adventures and encounters with critters of all sizes! And of course all of the cat shots, too.

There's a lot of nature friends this time around. Hopefully the cats weren't jealous, since there were plenty of clips of them as well.

We were not as surprised by the length as we were by the transformation in her appearance. It was quite dramatic. She wore it to school like that and it caused quite a stir amongst her friends!

There we are, then. And I'm glad she's in a space where she can like curly hair and there isn't intense social pressure to have it always straightened.
